I was told if the ladies are cooking they dont serve much especially if you aren't Hispanic. I then noticed the difference as my beef enchilades were very thin and only 2 teaspoons of beans. Also noticed the over flowing plates of 2 Hispanic couples at tables near us. Food was okay not great.
